After save: the export batch opens in detail view so accounting can add items, generate, approve, mark submitted, or mark accepted.

Export type, target system, and export format are required to create a batch shell.

Backend validation is authoritative. Creating an export batch does not call QuickBooks or ERP APIs, post GL entries, create tax filings, create payments, create bank transactions, mutate source records, or generate downloadable files.
